The BKS team is a cohesive ten member team based and operated in Prague, Czech Republic. The office structure is set up to optimize effectiveness in deal sourcing, structuring, implementing and monitoring, and close co-operation between the team ensures a seamless process.
With its track record of over 100 years combined transactional experience, regional knowledge and network, investment approach and skill-set, the BKS team is well positioned to take advantage of opportunities in the CEE region.
Nicolas Boissin, BKS Partner, born 1965
Mr. Boissin is based in Prague, Czech Republic. He is responsible for origination, implementation and monitoring of investments and focuses on relationships with a number of local and regional advisors, investors and corporates. Mr. Boissin has over 16 years of transaction, corporate finance and general management experience including 10 years in the central & eastern European region where he held senior executive positions at Vivendi Telecom International as CEO in the Czech Republic & Poland.
Ivan Laska, BKS Partner, born 1938
Mr. Laska is based in Prague, Czech Republic. He is responsible for origination, implementation and monitoring of investments and focuses on relationships with a number of local and regional advisors, investors and corporates. Mr Laska has an extensive experience in telecommunication. He held many senior executive positions in CEE and Russia. He was first Vice Minister of Czechoslovak Ministry of Transport and Communication.
